Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, followed by the estimated delivery times shown above.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@primeona.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once your parcel has been dispatched.

Order Cancellations

If you've changed your mind, we're happy to accept cancellations before your order has been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@primeona.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos or a short video showing the damage when you contact our customer support team.

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while, it's usually due to a temporary courier delay. In most cases, your parcel will still arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
